Escape to this charming, lakeside log cabin, an idyllic setting on a peaceful cove on Allen Falls Flow (lake/reservoir). Every room, built with handcrafted cedar, is warm and charming and beautifully furnished.

The great room is spacious with vaulted ceilings and Vermont Castings wood stove. There are beds for the whole family in the master and upstairs bedrooms and sleeping porch. The kitchen has everything you need. The large wooden deck has a great lake view and is a perfect platform for sunning, swimming, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking, complete with a built-in fire-pit for bonfires right on the water.

The sandy swimming area is ideal for the kids to wade in. The fishing is great and the lake and connecting river make for fun outings in the canoe, paddleboat and motorboat that are provided.

Just a short distance from the high peaks region as well as the University cities of Potsdam and Canton, there’s a lot to do for all interests from mountain climbing, hiking, and white water rafting, to museums and live theatre. Visit the falls. A great spot for family vacations or weekend get-aways!
