This property is the perfect place for your family to retreat, you can gather on the decks, in the great room, around the kitchen counter, at the fire pit or down at the water, on Lincoln Pond.
The house features a fully functional kitchen stocked and with all the appliances you need for home cooked meals prepared "in-house." The dining area and kitchen counter with stools will be a favorite hang out. The two bedrooms each have their own decks and bedroom #1 has access to the full bath. The great room is a large gathering area, central in the house, featuring a beautigul gas fireplace for warmth and atmosphere, it provides access to the loft and the enclosed porch. The house has strong and reliable WIFI. The house has central heat so it stays comfortable and cozy on the chilliest mornings.

You have Westport, NY, a picturesque village on the shores of the beautiful Lake Champlain about 10 minutes away. Lake Placid is 30 minutes away and just getting there is a stunning experience as you drive through the ADK's renowned "high peaks." The hiking, biking, and sightseeing are endless, with Lake Placid shops, Olympic Facilities, museums, etc. Fort Ticonderoga is 30 minutes south of Lincoln Pond and provides a full day that can ONLY be experienced in the Adirondacks! Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
